Overview
You may need to update an existing Counts and Crosstabs format to change the data being analyzed or how it's presented.
Step 1: Access your existing format

Click on Report Manager from the main menu or from Sidebar

Navigate to "Counts and Crosstabs" and then "Counts and Crosstabs Formats"

Find the format you wish to modify in the list
Step 2: Open the format for editing

Click on the format name to open its details

You will see the current configuration of the format
Step 3: Make your changes

Update the name or description if needed

Modify the visibility settings if desired

Change the count settings (people, doors, mailboxes, or phones) if needed

Add, remove, or change the Row or Section (column) selections

Update the Options settings, such as showing percentages
Step 4: Save your changes

Click "Save" under "Actions" to update the format

The updated preview will display below the configuration area

You can immediately run the modified format by clicking "Run" under "Actions"
