The Volunteer Management dashboard provides organizers with a quick overview of essential information and easy access to common tasks. You can access it from the sidebar menu or set it as your default Home Page by selecting your name in the right-hand corner, then Manage Profile > Home Settings > Landing Page.

The layout includes quick links to files and folders, volunteer recruitment options, activity tracking reports, recently accessed contacts, and event management features. Dashboard content varies based on your assigned User Profile and personal preferences, allowing for a customized experience that puts your most important tools at your fingertips.

Tracking your Success / Reporting
The dashboard provides built-in tracking features through the Track Activity section, which displays selected reports for monitoring volunteer engagement, phone banking performance metrics (including call attempts, contact rates, and days since last call), and event participation. These metrics give organizers real-time visibility into volunteer activities and campaign progress without having to navigate to separate reporting tools.
