Heatmap software to track user behavior on forms

Is anyone using a heatmapping software that works well with EveryAction forms? 

Our English-language advocacy forms perform well, but our Spanish-language advocacy forms have abysmal conversion rates, so I want to investigate what is happening in the user journey there. My organization used HotJar for our website in the past, but it sounds like it wouldn’t connect to our EveryAction forms.

Would love to hear if anyone has recommendations!
