Thanks to everyone who joined this month’s Que Skills Lab! We loved diving into ways to use Que more effectively, from skill-building and best practices to real-world nonprofit scenarios.

In this session, we focused on:

• Coaching on key Que skills (and/or introducing new functionality)
• Practical best practices tied to real nonprofit workflows
• Live Q&A and troubleshooting

Now let’s keep the conversation going.

💬 How are you planning to apply what we covered?
💬 Are there workflows you’re refining or building in Que right now?
💬 What challenges are you running into that the community might help with?
💬 Did any tips or strategies from the session stand out to you?

Whether you're experimenting with segmentation, campaign planning, donor stewardship, or re-engagement strategies, we’d love to hear what you're building.

Drop your questions, ideas, or examples below. This space is here to help you learn, test, and grow together.

Thanks for a great presentation today. One of the questions I had from our digital fundraising team is that they had asked Que for an answer to this question, “how many people canceled their monthly gift last month” and it wasn’t able to create that list. Is that too complicated a question? Or something that isn’t set up with Que yet but will be set up in the future? Thank you.

Hi @canthony — Jesse here from the product team!

For right now, Que can create lists from natural language based on the following filter types: contributions, addresses, and activist codes. For example:

  • Show me people who live in Massachusetts and have given more than $100 this year.
  • Show me people who live in San Diego and have the Animal Rights activist code.

Que doesn’t yet support filters regarding recurring commitments, but we are working on adding support for a bunch of additional filter types and so I will consider this product feedback for some filters that you’d be interested in 😀.

Keep an eye on the content that comes through the EveryAction community for news on when to expect those additional field and filter types, but we are working on it!
