QuickBooks Integration using TransactionPro

BonterraPay charges fees on a transaction-by-transaction basis, rather than at weekly/monthly schedule, which we are used to. Has anyone found a way to have the fee on a separate row from the donated amount in the transaction pro or a custom data file?
