When prepping for a donor meeting I would like to review all the previous donor meeting notes but they are often buried in with all the other tasks, emails, and other various notes. I have labeled them as Donor Meetings in the note category but the search apparently doesn’t work for the note category. Is there a setting that I can change to make this function and more useful?

Hi @Veronica Palmer !
Let me know if this works:
When you’re on the contact record, scroll down to the all details view by selecting “view all details.” From there, find the notes drawer. Once you have that open, you’ll see “more” on the bottom. Click that and that will take you to a page that looks like a report. From that page, you can group by your category.

Another thing that could be helpful to you here is using que. If you ask que to give you donor details on a specific person, they will consolidate the contact record into high level what you need to know.

Thank you for the work around. I wish the search function could provide this information quickly as opposed to having to run a report and filter. So many extra clicks!
