    I am looking forward to the office hours. I’m interested in setting up a more thoughtful email automation workflow and wanted to understand what’s possible within the system.

    Specifically, I’d like to create:

    • An immediate automated email for first-time donors (a warm thank-you + next step), and
    • A delayed, more personalized follow-up for major donors (sent about 5–7 days after their gift), ideally with more tailored language and segmentation.

    My questions are:

    • Can we segment donors based on giving history (first-time vs. major donors) within automation workflows?
    • Is it possible to delay emails (e.g., send a second touchpoint a week after the gift)?
    • Can these emails pull in dynamic fields (gift amount, campaign, etc.) to feel more personal?
    • Are there ways to trigger internal notifications so our team can layer in personal outreach alongside the automated emails?
