A question in two parts:

1. Please explain the difference between the bounce rate shown on the Targeted Email dashboard and the bounce rate shown for the same email in the Email Performance Report. The bounce rate on the dashboard is always significantly higher. I suspect that’s because it includes soft bounces.
2. Does EA resend an email if there’s a soft bounce? If so, how many times does it try to resend?

EA sends multiple copies of the same email to a subscriber who has more than one email address in their contact record. Can you suppress sending more than one copy, sending only to the preferred address? If you can do this, is it recommended practice?

I am trying to import a spreadsheet with the names of two organizations that already exist in the committee. When I tried to import using Common Name, the Bulk Upload approve screen said they were new contacts, so I cancelled the upload. When I tried importing them using Official name. the approve screen shows no records being imported (either new or existing). I have specified the import type as Organization.
