Did the ability to drag and drop images into an image content block change? When I tried dragging and dropping an image using Firefox, Chrome, and Edge, I was prompted to upload the file into a folder instead.

Hi Terri! I have always uploaded images and never attempted the drag and drop option… so I’m unaware of that feature! One thing you can do instead though: if the photo is hosted online (e.g. https://animalwelfaresociety.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/awsmaine_peachesDOG_0325-scaled-e1742240776863-1024x1024.jpg), you can do this instead of uploading:

    1. Select your image block
    2. Under Image Properties on the right, paste the image URL in the URL box (below the Change Image button)

We have contacts with zip codes that have no information in the Congressional district field. We created a list with all the zip codes in a Congressional district, thinking we could use Bulk Apply to assign them to the district; however, we are unable to find a mapping field for Congressional district. How to we update the Congressional district field for a contact?

Congressional district is a geocoded, system-derived field — EveryAction populates it automatically by matching a contact's full address against geographic district boundaries. It is not a field users can manually assign through Bulk Apply, which is why it doesn't appear in that tool's mapping options.

If contacts have full street addresses: Re-geocoding their addresses will trigger EveryAction to auto-populate the Congressional district (and other district fields like state senate, precinct). This is the most reliable method and what the system is designed to do.

If contacts only have zip codes: Zip codes alone are insufficient — they frequently cross Congressional district lines, so the system cannot reliably assign a district from a zip code alone. The customer's zip-to-district list approach has this same flaw. Full street addresses are required for accurate district assignment.

How do I access the EA API for Developers? I am working on a project to allow our Members download a “Loyalty” pass to their digital wallets and need to integrate APIs.
