Hey Rachel, last week’s webinar regarding automated pathways sparked a question for me. I am looking for a way to pull out data related to constituents’ engagement with our emails. I know we can view individuals’ targeted email interaction in the contact record, and I know we can view a list of who opened/clicked/etc. in email performance report, but I am thinking bigger picture. What if I want to see, say, my organization’s top 100 most engaged constituents based on their interaction with our emails and an overview of their engagement activity?
