When bulk uploading, how do you clear out "null" out assigned staff. So when bulk uploading a record, when it previously had an assigned staff and I want it now to have no assigned staff...when I leave it blank it didn't do anything.
Should leaving it blank clear out the field?
Or is there another thing I need to type in the cell to trigger the system to clear it, like Clear, or Null....

On the Bulk Upload Details page, select Apply Custom Contact Fields.
From there, you'll see a checkbox at the top that says: "Check this box to allow cells in the data file that are populated with the word CLEAR to remove existing custom field data for that row". Make sure this checkbox is checked to enable the CLEAR functionality.
