Collect Attendee Information in Ticketed Events

Good Morning, I’m attempting to figure out how to collect attendee information such as Meal Selection in the ticketed events form section “Additional Event Information” so that I get the information for each guest. Right now, I have it configured under “additional information,” but that doesn’t seem to tie the information to the Guest Names and only allows one answer per transaction.

Hi Frankie!

In the Design section of a Ticketed Event form, you can add multiple questions in the Additional Information area.

If you want the answers to that question to be identifiable on a Contact record, you can map it to a Custom Contact Field. The only thing is that you have to set up the custom field before trying to map the question.

If you do not want it as a custom field and you just want to easily pull answers to the questions on a form, you can use the Online Forms Custom Questions Report!
