Every Action onboarding

Are there still onboarding/training videos available to help new users get up to speed using Every Action? I can’t find anything except articles and remember that I’ve seen videos in the past.

Hi ​@Rachael Myers! Yes, all of our trainings are on this site under “Bonterra Academy.” Here’s the link: https://academy.bonterratech.com/page/course-library#product_everyaction

You have to register for each course, but once you do, you’ll be able to see the videos.

Thank you - I only see Network for Good courses though. Are there courses specific to Every Action?

Oh that’s strange! typically, you would sign in with your EveryAction credentials so it tags you as a EA user. Does your org also use NFG? I can see if I can change your permissions on my side of things.

​@Rachael Myers I just updated it so you can see EveryAction trainings. You might have to log out and log back in. Let me know it it works.

I get the “welcome to Bonterra academy” page. But when I click course library or view courses, I still get what I posted before.

​@Rachael Myers Can you try one more time? It had you under both EA and NFG so we took off NFG and I wonder if that was the issue.
