I use the activist codes type Email Interest to run several email lists. On our unsubscribe page we allow people to edit their email preferences and they can add or opt-out of them email list.
I want to create a list to see how many people have done that. There seems to be no one to search in “Build a list” of people who have taken off an activist code.
Does anyone know how to do this?
+2Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to track the removal of an Activist Code either in CAL or Report Manager. You can see it in the Audit Trail for a client but not committee-wide.
You could set up a “mirror” AC that is applied to all emails that are unsubscribed via automation. You could then create a search that would search for any contacts with a subscribed status and the mirror AC which would give you a universe of people to look at
