How do you record every contact and interaction you have with donors?

When we reach out to a donor we us the Note field on the record in order to link it to a follow up, Contact History, and Moves management if there is one created.

I dont see an article about this, or if anyone else uses this for this reason.

Hey ​@nicholas becker, this is a great example of how to use notes to integrate with other features other than just pinning it to a contact record. I’m also flagging this so we can make sure to edit out help docs to include this, thank you!
