Hello, first time user here! I’m trying to create a story collection form that allows people completing the form to upload photos and videos along with their written responses, but I’m not seeing a button or opt in that allows me to do that. Is there some aspect in my settings that I would need to change in order to do this? Is it even possible to have people send in photos along with their written stories/testimonials? Thanks!

Hey Kaylee! I know another customer got back to you on this during Office Hours, but just confirming here: there isn’t a way to collect images or videos along with written responses on the story collection form. What you can do is collect the story as usual and then reach out to that donor for their images, etc. and you can then attach those to the story when you go to the “stories” area.

@Kaylee Caudle even though this isn’t possible rigth now, I think this would be a great product suggestion to submit to Bonterra using the product feedback form. If you’re doing photo collection at scale for something like a calendar contest, then reaching out to people to remind them to email a photo will inevitably result in some attrition for people who don’t see the email or simply don’t follow up with that second step.
