My report to find profiles (ID's) with multiple Recurring Commitments doesn't seem to be working anymore and I can't seem to find the right criteria to recreate it. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

What were the previous criteria for your report, the one that stopped working?

If I were doing this from scratch, I would run the Recurring Commitments Report, Group By Contact Name (or VAN ID), and then observe the “Number of Recurring Commitments” column.

Ah! By grouping the data by name, it offers columns that weren’t visible beforehand (including number of recurring commitments). This wasn’t needed beforehand so maybe a small update was made?

Anyways, thanks so much, Sally!

Yeah, the “Group By” is basically a pivot table so it calculates some fields that are not present in the original file. I don’t think Number of Commitments is available as raw data. (I love Group By!)
