Timeout Problems

I can’t work for more than a few minutes on email newsletters without getting an error message that my page didn’t save and I need to refresh and/or sign in again (same difference, I’m bounced off the page). I’m not exaggerating. I can’t work for a steady amount of time without the error or refreshing just to make sure the system saves my work. Newsletters now are a nightmare to work on. I am so disappointed; just started happening a month or so ago.

Hi @karen! That sounds super annoying, I can’t imagine trying to work on a newsletter like that. We don’t have any reports of widespread issues, so I’m leaning towards this being a browser problem. I’d recommend:

  1. Go to the Settings area in your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc)
  2. Typically under a Privacy/Security section, you’ll want to find an option to delete website data
  3. If you are given a chance to choose specific options, I would personally delete cookies and cached images

That should resolve your concern. If not, I recommend submitting a support request in your software and having Customer Support work with you more closely. You can find the “Request Support” option in the bottom left corner under “Need a Little Help?”

Thanks, Charles. I’ll give it a try. It is definitely making the newsletter process frustrating!
