Is there any way to talk to a live person???  SO frustrating.

If you’re having support issues, you can also contact a support team member at success@networkforgood.com

The community is also a great place to chat with fellow customers and bonterra staff members. Do you have a specific question about NFG you need help with?

I agree, the customer support is so frustrating! Even when you think you’re conversing with a live agent it feels like they use an unnecessary amount of AI. I just want to feel like I’m talking to a person T.T

The best way at this point would be to go to their office hours

I’ve signed up for office hours but  my nonprofit pays too much for a subscription to have to jump through so many hoops to actually talk to a live person.

@KATHY Molnar I understand the frustration there! Just for your info, we will be increasing office hours to twice a week so you can drop in and ask questions there. Also, I do encourage you to try out posting a question here on the community - we do our best to answer questions quickly or escalate to support if needed.

Again, just so much easier to be able to directly reach someone. Clunky and time consuming.

@KATHY Molnar the in app support option does allow you to connect with a live agent. You can just request to talk to a person and it will bypass all the automated answers.

We have several experienced agents on the NFG team who can help you during live support hours! (For example, Charisse, Mark and Lorraine have been working on the NFG support team for 5+  years!)

My business office is asking for an updated invoice that shows current term, we just paid our invoice this month, and it shows last years terms.  Can someone please provide this to us as soon as possible as I need this to reconcile my credit card for the business office here at Dona Ana Community College.
