Using bulk upload for grant plans
Bulk Upload allows you to create multiple grant plans at once, saving time when managing numerous grants.
Step 1: Prepare your data

Create a spreadsheet with your grant plan details

Ensure your data matches the required fields for grant plans
Step 2: Access the bulk upload tool

Navigate to the bulk upload feature in your system

Select "Apply Grants" mapping for your upload
Step 3: Upload your data

Follow the system prompts to upload your file

Map your columns to the appropriate fields in the system

Complete the upload process
Step 4: Add additional details manually

Note that you will still need to manually:

Assign Program Officers
-
Attach Deliverables
-
Add other files
-

Navigate to each Grant details page to complete these tasks
