Accessing the Apricot platform is the first step to effectively leveraging its features and capabilities. The Apricot login page can be found on the Bonterra website as well as through the following link: https://apricot.socialsolutions.com/auth.
If users experience issues logging in, they can reset their password using the Forgot Password option on the login page. Administrators can unlock user accounts from the Users page under Access Control by selecting the user and updating their status in the Security section.
When logging in, users must enter their email address and follow the prompts to verify their identity and set or reset their password.
