Netword for Good: Disabled Admin STILL Receiving Email Notices

We have several board members who have moved on but are still getting emails from network for good when a donors’ monthly payment lapses. 

I know exactly who it is, as the noreply@networkforgood.com had them all CC’d on the email. 

They are all already listed as diabled in my network for good portal account, but not all of them were even registered in there, which is weird? Where else do I need to check for this? How can we make sure they don’t get these notifications anymore?

Is this something we can fix? Can we do something else?
