How do I Access Product Support in Que?
Product Support is Que's built-in product search feature, powered by Maven. Follow the steps below to ask a product question and get an accurate, step-by-step answer sourced from your Bonterra Central help center, without ever leaving EveryAction.
Step 1: Open Que
From your EveryAction dashboard, click the Ask Que button to open the assistant in a chat window.
Step 2: Ask Your Question
Type your question in natural language, just like you'd ask a colleague. Product Support works best with how-to, navigation, workflow, and troubleshooting questions about EveryAction features.
Try prompts like:
