Apricot: Apricot Mobile and Note Capture open beta

Overview
This release introduces Apricot Mobile, a dedicated app available in the U.S. and Canada for iPhone and Android that gives frontline staff access to their Apricot data in the field. It also launches Note Capture, a Bonterra Que skill built into the app that transcribes spoken notes and maps them directly into form fields. Note Capture is available in open beta only for U.S.-based organizations.

Apricot Mobile (open beta) | Field-based record management on iOS and Android
Frontline staff can now browse participant records, fill out Tier 1 and Tier 2 forms, collect signatures, upload photos, and save drafts — all from an iPhone or Android device.
Forms are laid out section by section for small screens, rather than as a single scrollable page. Drafts are linked to the participant record and available in both the app and Apricot desktop. Records are excluded from reporting until a draft is published as a full record.
Apricot Mobile can be downloaded by searching "Apricot Mobile" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
What admins need to do: Before staff can use the app, admins must enable forms for mobile in Apricot desktop. Navigate to a form, open Form Properties (gear icon), and check Visible in Mobile. Repeat for each form you want available on mobile. Staff must log out and back in to the app after forms are enabled.
Note Capture (open beta) | Voice-to-text documentation in the field
Note Capture is a Bonterra Que skill available inside Apricot Mobile. After an interaction with a participant, staff can record a voice note describing what happened. Que transcribes the note and suggests how it maps to the fields on the selected form. Staff review every suggestion before saving.
Note Capture is available inside existing participant records only. It is available to U.S.-based organizations during the open beta. The Apricot Mobile app itself is available globally, but Note Capture and other Que skills are currently limited to U.S.-based organizations.
