What happens when a user runs out of Que credits?
Overview
If someone on the Free plan uses all 50 of their monthly Que credits, they’ll see a message and won’t be able to run more skills for the rest of the month. Here’s what to expect and what you can do.
Step 1: Recognize the message
When a user tries to use a Que skill with no credits remaining, they see this warning inside the skill panel:
⚠ Your Que credits have been used up. Credits reset at the start of each month.
Step 2: Understand what the user can do
The user can’t run additional Que skills until their credits reset at the start of the following month, or until your organization upgrades to Que Intelligence. Other users aren’t affected, because credits are a per-user limit.
Step 3: Choose a next step as an administrator
-
Wait for the reset: credits reset automatically at the start of each billing month.
-
Upgrade: Que Intelligence removes all credit limitations. See How do I upgrade to Que Intelligence in Apricot?
-
Review usage: check the user table to see who is using the most credits. See How do I monitor Que credit usage in Apricot?
