Apricot slow to unusable this morning

We went live with Apricot last week and, overall, things have been going well. This morning, however, we received reports from staff across multiple programs that Apricot was extremely slow, including delays opening records, loading forms, and saving data.

For other Apricot customers, is this something you occasionally see, or would you consider this outside normal performance expectations?

At the same time, we've had trouble reaching support. The in-app support tool gets stuck on "Connecting you to live agent...", the support request form returns a "Submission failed, please try again later" error, and the Help/Support icon appears in Chrome but not Microsoft Edge.

Curious whether others experienced similar performance issues this morning, how regular they are or have run into similar challenges contacting Apricot support.

Today is out of the norm. We’ve been using Apricot for almost 5 years, and while there might be some occasional issues, it’s pretty rare that it is so slow that we can’t use it for live client applications. You can also sign up for incident updates to know when it is a sitewide issue they are working on. If I remember correctly, that is on the sign-in page.

Yeah looks like they did update their status page. It was reporting no issues when I posted this originally. That is very good to hear that it is not normal. It was a little concerning since I just launched it last week and onboarded 100+ users at once.
