Is anyone else having trouble with Apricot referrals not working and the help bot lying about it?
About a week ago, we stopped being able to send referrals using the built-in internal referral tool in Apricot, clicking on ‘Create Referral’ does nothing.
I’ve tried using Apricot help for it, but they just keep saying that the ticket has been closed and marked as solved, but refuse to do anything to actually help.
