  • Enable partners to easily submit referrals with an Intake Form (based on a Tier 1). Customize for different audiences, share via email or your website, and the data goes straight into your Apricot.
  • Keep pending referrals (incoming and outgoing) visible and organized with Report Bulletins so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
  • Set up Email Triggers to automatically notify partners and create a consistent follow-up schedule that fits your team's capacity.
  • Track your referral data to spot service gaps, see which partners respond best, and build a stronger network over time.
