Has anyone had a chance to use the Participant Snapshot in Que yet? Would love to hear honest first impressions - what's working, what's not, what surprised you. 

 

Participant Snapshot is a skill in Bonterra Que that generates an AI-powered summary of a participant's recent activity directly inside Apricot. This could be helpful for handoffs and coverage, reviewing a profile pre-interaction, and getting oriented with large caseloads!

It’s a great idea, but it would be helpful if Admins could select which forms or date ranges should be included in the summary. Staff found that there was too much unnecessary or outdated information in it to save them much time.

    Hey there ​@L.Perez, thanks so much for sharing you and your team’s experience so far with Participant Snapshot! The idea that you shared about admins selecting the forms that should be included in the Snapshot is actually a planned enhancement on our roadmap for later this year. Stay tuned for updates about when exactly this enhancement will be ready to use and thanks again for your insights, they really help us continue to improve!

      Admin being able to customize the prompt for a given T1 would be good as well. Admins should at least be able to turn the feature on per T1, not just globally. It would be great if the summary included reference links to specific records.

        I love hearing that you and your team would benefit from reference links inside of the Participant Snapshot. Interestingly (and excitingly!) that enhancement is in the works for our next iteration of this feature later this summer!
