I have questions regarding entering volunteer hours in the leverage services section. Can anyone help?

We've got folks here who can definitely help. To get you the best answer, could you tell us more about your situation? Are you setting up volunteer hours tracking for the first time, or working through an issue with an existing setup?

When I enter the total volunteer hours, the volunteer hours cash value will not auto populate like it always has for the last 4 years, now it wont populate until I enter the total volunteer hours. Before it the cash value was based on the amount of hours and not the volunteers. Has something changed? I just entered April’s last month and now while entering May’s it’s completely different.
