Whether it's mastering a specific feature, streamlining a workflow, or building expertise in an area you use less often, this could be a chance to learn from each other!

Creating more useful and meaningful reports! I inherited our Apricot about a year ago and am looking forward to spending this summer getting everything more streamlined now that I’ve got a year under my belt as an Apricot admin.

I want to strengthen our team’s proficiency in Apricot so I can move beyond reactive problem-solving and start building more advanced solutions (e.g.  exploring whether an individual-based Tier 2 evaluation form can be developed within Tier 1 profiles)

I would like to learn about more complex report building.

Here are 2 reference I find really helpful for Results Reporting. They’re not necessarily a starting point (I’d recommend starting with the bonterra courses). They’re really helpful though when you need help with some of your report coding.

SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence Handbook

Functions Cheat Sheet

We are doing the same thing! Specifically, I want to understand best practices for building reports where we (as Admins) minimize duplicating Native Report sections across several reports because different departments use the data. In this context, I want to organize our reports so it is easy for Users to find the data they need while minimizing the effort it takes Admin to maintain reports. Anyone have any best practices?

Here is a training resource that might really help! It compares Results Reporting vs Native Reporting so you can see which approach fits your workflow best

Managing external referrals is definitely something a lot of folks are navigating!

If you haven’t registered yet, we have a coaching event coming up that covers Referrals: Beyond the Handoff: Improving Referral Processes to Better Support Clients on May 13.

It's a great chance to learn practical Referral tips and ask questions in real time.

That’s a great idea.

I think these kinds of learning exchanges are really valuable, especially when people share how they actually use features in real workflows rather than just theory. Even small tips or shortcuts can make a big difference in productivity.

I’d be happy to share what I know and also learn from others—there’s always some feature or approach you end up discovering late that would’ve saved a lot of time earlier.

Looking forward to seeing what everyone brings to the discussion.

That’s actually a great mindset. A lot of the best tips come from people sharing small workflow improvements or lesser-known features that aren’t always obvious from the documentation.

Sometimes even a simple shortcut or setup change can save hours over time. I’m definitely interested in hearing what tools, features, or workflows others have been improving lately.
