Whether it's mastering a specific feature, streamlining a workflow, or building expertise in an area you use less often, this could be a chance to learn from each other!

Streamlining our existing report stack so we have meaningful reports and knowing when to use Apricot Results, Impact Hub, Native reporting

Here is a training resource that might really help! It compares Results Reporting vs Native Reporting so you can see which approach fits your workflow best

Learning how to manage external referrals when referral sources are not on Apricot.

That is something I also want to learn about!

This is something we’re working on as well! Looking forward to some info sharing on this topic.

Managing external referrals is definitely something a lot of folks are navigating!

If you haven’t registered yet, we have a coaching event coming up that covers Referrals: Beyond the Handoff: Improving Referral Processes to Better Support Clients on May 13.

It's a great chance to learn practical Referral tips and ask questions in real time.

Hoping to clean up the data in apricot and eliminate duplicate data entry - while also using Bonterra Que to improve workflows and efficiency

That’s a great idea.

I think these kinds of learning exchanges are really valuable, especially when people share how they actually use features in real workflows rather than just theory. Even small tips or shortcuts can make a big difference in productivity.

I’d be happy to share what I know and also learn from others—there’s always some feature or approach you end up discovering late that would’ve saved a lot of time earlier.

Looking forward to seeing what everyone brings to the discussion.

That’s actually a great mindset. A lot of the best tips come from people sharing small workflow improvements or lesser-known features that aren’t always obvious from the documentation.

Sometimes even a simple shortcut or setup change can save hours over time. I’m definitely interested in hearing what tools, features, or workflows others have been improving lately.
