Our organization has had Apricot for a while but I just started using it a couple of months ago and I am getting the staff used to using it again. Its been slow trying to get the staff used to inputting data and using the forms!

Hunting through case files before a meeting, usually will take me anywhere from an hour to 4 hours depending on the case size.

We are new to Apricot.  We are getting use to creating reports.

I’m mostly doing admin.  Will use this list with users to see what they say.

Confusing navigation. We haven’t found a good way to use the Workflow feature, and there is a lot of clicking and opening/closing new windows to link different forms.

Duplicate data entry across multiple systems

Slow response time

I had major delay issues with building and navigating reports. Support confirmed the delay was due to my device not meeting requirements (memory, storage, etc.). So, I logged in using another device with more memory and the delay was significantly decreased. The other trick was to shorten my reports by no more than 10 tables, grafts, etc. per report. Also, simplify how the data was gathered… the more forms/fields it’s pulling from, the longer it may take in response time. You can ask Support to look into why you have delays.
