Feature Overview: Bonterra Invoice Portal

Managing your Bonterra invoice used to mean waiting for an email, hunting for a PDF, and manually tracking what was paid. The Bonterra Invoice Portal changes that — it's a self-serve billing hub where you can view, pay, and manage your account on your own schedule, with no back-and-forth required.

With the Invoice Portal, you can:

• View and download all your open and paid invoices in one place

• Pay by ACH (free) or credit/debit card

• Set up AutoPay so you never miss a due date

• Schedule a payment for a future date — and cancel it if plans change

• Download your W-9 and Bank Letter anytime

• Receive a monthly account statement automatically

• Add your finance team so multiple people can manage billing together

Feature Availability

The Invoice Portal is available to any Bonterra customer who receives an invoice. There's no special plan or permission level required to use it.

To access the portal:

• Direct URL: bonterra.highradius.com

First-time setup: Register using your Bonterra Invoice Number and Customer Number (both found in the top right of any invoice), or use Pay as Guest if you'd rather not create an account. Each person who needs access should register their own login — multiple users can manage the same account collaboratively.

Note: If there has been turnover at your organization, you can request access by contacting us. Let us know who should be updated as the billing contact and we'll help get you into the portal.
