'Fundraising Pages' automatically notifies donors via e-mail when their recurring donation is about to end. These reminders inform donors of the upcoming end date and encourage them to update their details to continue their contributions.

1) What prompts these alerts, and when are they sent?

  • Credit Card Expiration Reminder
On the first of every month, 'Fundraising Pages' will notify any recurring donor whose credit card is set to expire that month. This alert prompts them to update their payment information.

    • If you receive BCC alerts through 'Fundraising Pages', you will also receive a notice in your inbox, allowing you to follow up with these donors.

  • Recurring Donation End Date Reminder
Donors with a set End Date on their recurring gift will receive a notification 30 days before the donation is scheduled to end. This ensures they are aware of the approaching end date and can easily log in to extend it if desired.

    • If you receive BCC alerts through 'Fundraising Pages', you will also receive a notice in your inbox, allowing you to follow up with these donors.

2) How do I view recurring donations with End Dates?

'Fundraising Pages' offers a built-in report to help you track and follow up with donors whose recurring gifts have an End Date.

To access this report:

  1. Click the 'Reports' button in the top navigation bar of your 'Fundraising Pages' Dashboard.

  2. Scroll down to the 'Recurring Donation Reports' section.

  3. There, you can view all current recurring donations and any associated End Dates.

3) What if the fundraising page is no longer active?

Good news! A fundraising page's end date no longer affects recurring donations. Even if it has a designated End Date, recurring donations set up through that page will continue indefinitely.

Hi Reed! When you switch over to the fundraising pages side of the software, you will see a settings tab on your left in the dark blue area. Once you click into settings, then select “admins.” From there, you can edit your admin account to make changes to the alerts you get.

It doesn’t appear that any of our Admins have BCC alerts indicated in their profiles, but some of us are receiving them. How might I address this? Thanks!

Hey Reed, can you explain more what you’re trying to accomplish? Do you want to turn certain reminders/notificaitons off?

I’m trying to turn them off for everyone but me. We have restructured our workflow and I need to adjust for that.

Huge thanks!

Ah, that’s where you should go to toggle off those notifications. I would also check your emails. When you send an email blast out, there is an area where you can add an email address for BCC, which could be what you’re talking about?

Have you reached out to our support team? You can message them directly in app or email at success@networkforgood.com. They may be able to dig in a little more than I can.
