"Bonus Gift" field on contributions

Hi ​@Jamie Harrelson ! Great timing — yes, this is part of our recent Premiums Enhancements release!

The Bonus Gift field lets you designate any existing premium as a "bonus gift" on a specific donation form. Donors can opt into it (via a separate checkbox) in addition to their standard premium selection, with no minimum gift required. You choose which premium to use as the bonus gift, and it's configured on a per-form basis directly in Online Actions, so you can offer different bonus gifts on different forms as needed.
