Where do you keep previous event participant specific information

We are in the middle of moving from NXT to EveryAction and though we were informed the event area was not robust we are having a hard time figuring out a solution to retain important details of previous event participant.  For example we have more than 10 years of galas that we want to keep track of what table a participant sat at for a specific event.  Likewise for previous peer to peer events we want to have information on how much a participant raised for each specific event.  Anyone who moved over from NXT and had a lot of participant attributes - what did you do with this data?

    Could you map the data to notes on each contact profile?

    ​@mamorris that you for your reply.  Do you know is there a limit on the number of notes you can add to a profile.  I’m thinking a note might work as long as I could set up a note for each year/event; such as Year/Amt raised or Year/Table Name

    I would confirm with your onboarding consultants (I don’t work for EA so don’t want to say something false!) But when we did our migration this was not a concern.
