    To what days does “Last Week” refer in create a list?

    How do machine open rates relate to open rates overall?  Are they a percentage of the open rates or additive?

    Are machine opens included in opens in create a list?

    Do machine opens show in the click-through rate?

    I an email is counted as machine open, but then they manually open the email later, are they counted in both places or are they removed from the machine open count?
