    Hey, Rachel! Looking forward to joining a little last-minute. I’ve been brainstorming automations for our organization, and I’d like to explore an automation that:

    • catches failing gifts the day/day after they fail (for monthly and quarterly donors)
    • sends an automated email (or two or three) and assigns follow-ups to staff to deal with them
      • includes in that email a link to a self-service portal, where donors can update their CC information and amount

    Can you talk more about self-service portal options, and assist with forming a CAL query that identifies recently failed gifts? Thank you!!

      Hi Rachel, first time user here! I’m trying to create a story collection form that allows people completing the form to upload photos and videos along with their written responses, but I’m not seeing a button or opt in that allows me to do that. Is there some aspect in my settings that I would need to change in order to do this? Is it even possible to have people send in photos along with their written stories/testimonials? Thanks!
