Feature Overview: Getting Started with 'Donor Management'
'Donor Management' is a key part of your Fundraising Essentials package and serves as the "system of record" for all other tools, such as your donations, events, or auction pages. Before you can begin using all of the various features that make up 'Donor Management', you must take a few steps to ensure you are setting yourself up for continued success within the platform.
'Donor Management' requires all administrators to have individual accounts and login credentials with secure, two-factor authentication (2FA) access set up.
Feature Availability
This feature is available for all users with access to the Fundraising Essentials package with 'Supervisor'- level administrative access or higher within 'Donor Management'.
