We are using free event tickets for our upcoming event. However, someone accidentally “purchased” more than needed. I can’t find a way to adjust the quantity on my end and she doesn’t know how to adjust the number on her end.

Hi ​@kmpalexander ! I believe I’ve figured it out. You’ll want to delete the original “purchase” and replace it with the correct quantity:

 

  1. Make sure you’ve written down any details you need from the original registration
  2. Go to Donors/Fundraisers
  3. Go to your donor’s profile
  4. Scroll down on the right to Tickets and Sponsorship purchases
  5. Click Actions > Delete on the tickets in question
  6. Go back to your Event Details
  7. Click Actions > Add Ticket Purchase
  8. Enter in the ticket details
  9. If you had Guest information, be sure to visit the Guest tab and select Actions > Edit Guest Info on each guest ticket
