We are using free event tickets for our upcoming event. However, someone accidentally “purchased” more than needed. I can’t find a way to adjust the quantity on my end and she doesn’t know how to adjust the number on her end.

Hi
- Make sure you’ve written down any details you need from the original registration
- Go to Donors/Fundraisers
- Go to your donor’s profile
- Scroll down on the right to Tickets and Sponsorship purchases
- Click Actions > Delete on the tickets in question
- Go back to your Event Details
- Click Actions > Add Ticket Purchase
- Enter in the ticket details
- If you had Guest information, be sure to visit the Guest tab and select Actions > Edit Guest Info on each guest ticket
