Hi there! What questions are bringing to office hours today?

I have a very specific question about creating groups and/or filters. I have organizations and individuals who are connected to those organizations. The vast majority of our donors are the organizations, but we need to communicate with the individuals beyond the point of contact. My issue is that I have a bunch of organizations and related individuals in two states that I specifically want to communicate with, and folks in one particular state that I want to exclude from most of my communications. I haven’t been able to figure out how to create a group or filter that would allow me to do that.
Thanks so much for hosting office hours! Can we do a general overview of the tasks feature, including what “tags” are and best practices for creating/using them?
