    I have been using NFG for donations for a while, and last year started using the event management tools. Tickets for our recent concert were sold and acknowledged by NFG as donations (which is not correct), because (I think) we are using an automatic reply for all transactions (donations or ticket purchases). If I set up an acknowledgement template for ticket purchases but do not make that template a default, can NFG send an automatic reply without making the template a default for all transactions? I would expect that a ticket purchase should be automatically acknowledged without my having to go in and manually send an acknowledgment. (This is a volunteer role for me!)

    Can I run a report on my volunteers’ activities that would include number of hours, name of the opportunity, and date of the activity?
