One donor recently asked not to be sent text messages. I made a note in her file, but how can I be sure she doesn’t get a group text sent to a specific group if I forget?
The organization that I work for uses GiveCloud for our donations that come from Stripe and Paypal. I noticed that the only donations that seem to show up from our monthly import are from our donors that already have a profile in NFG. Do we need to create a profile for each GiveCloud Donor in order for their donation to appear in NFG?
I wanted to add another question. Some of our donors pay with DAF. What is the best way to tag those in NFG, and is there a way to pull a report on just that payment type?
