Hi Rachel! I have a lot of questions this week, so let me know if it would be better to email support separately for some of these:

  • Can tasks be exported in any kind of spreadsheet?
  • If a donor uses PayPal to make a donation, is the donation deposited in our org’s PayPal account or directly into our bank account with all other donations?
  • Are there any differences in fees between payment methods? For example is there a difference in fees charged to our org if someone makes a donation to us via PayPal compared to Apple Pay?
  • Where do custom giving fields show up in a donor profile?
  • Can you view if a contact viewed or clicked on something in an email sent from NFG in their donor record?
