I invoiced a corporate sponsor on our event page, which created their sponsorship. The sponsor later went online and bought a sponsorship, creating a second active sponsorship for them. I know I cannot delete the one they purchased online, but how can I remove the one I manually entered that was only invoiced? Thanks!
Hi Kara! When you switch over to the fundraising pages side of the software, there is a section on the left “Donors/Fundraisers.” Once you go there, you can search from the donors name and you should be able to delete it from there. Let me know if you run into any issues!
