As a supervisor role, I can’t change the set donation levels of an existing giving campaign. How can I fix this?

Hey Alison! Are you trying to change the amounts on your donation form (1,000, 500, etc)? When you switch over to the fundraising pages side of things, you should be able to select “manage” on your everyday giving campaign. From there, you will select edit in the top right hand corner and then scroll down to find “Donation Settings.” You then would select simple and change your donation amounts.

Let me know if you’re still having issues!

Unfortunately when I change those amounts in the donation settings, there is no change on the giving page.  Wondering if there is another place in the settings where the current amounts are listed and where I can update (trying to increase the current levels).

Thanks Rachel!

You have to change them on the actual giving page. You’ll select Manage for the page you want to make changes to and then select edit in the top right corner.

The amounts in that screenshot match the giving page on my end. What would you like to change them to?

Hi @Alison Yoder! If you are seeing the correct amounts on the backend (like in your screenshot), but not on the live page, that’s due to your browser’s cache. It pre-loads existing data and images to make the webpage load faster for you… but unfortunately sometimes it doesn’t reflect changes we make right away (or longer if it’s particularly stubborn).
