How do  you keep track of contacts in NFG that unsubscribe to a text or email or an e-newsletter?

    Can you make a filter in NFG?  Can you make a filter of contacts that have the email toggle turned off?

    Yes ​@Erin Schlaud! In the contacts tab, there is a filter for “has unsubscribed primary email.”

    There is another for “Has bounced email” as well so you can find folks that haven’t unsubscribed themselves, but that email bounced or landed in spam.
