If you work with phone numbers in EveryAction, you may have noticed some changes.

These updates improve how phone numbers behave across:

  • Contact records

  • Forms

  • Reports

  • Call sheets

  • Bulk uploads

The goal is simple: make phone numbers clearer and more consistent everywhere you use them.

You don’t need to relearn the system. You just need to understand how phone information is now organized.

Phone numbers now use four pieces of information:

  • Phone Type (how the number is used — Personal or Work)

  • Device Type (what kind of device it is — Cell, Landline, etc.)

  • Likely Cell Score (system validation)

  • Phone Tags (optional extra details)

This page helps you understand what changed and where to start.

What This Helps You Do

  • Avoid confusion between “home” and “cell”

  • Know exactly which numbers are mobile

  • Export cleaner texting and robocall lists

  • Keep reports and call sheets consistent

What Changed (in plain terms)

Here’s what’s different:

  • “Home” was renamed to Personal

  • “Phone Type: Cell” was removed

  • You now use Device Type to identify cell phones

  • The old editable “Cell” field became Likely Cell Score (read-only)

  • You can now add Phone Tags to phone numbers

  • Call sheets were updated to match the new structure

These updates make phone usage and device type separate — so they don’t conflict.
