🎯Que Natural Language Segmentation: Build More Precise Segments with Exclude Logic
Finding the right audience often means knowing who to leave out just as much as who to include. Que's natural language segmentation now supports an exclude step, so you can define an audience and then remove a specific portion of it in the same query, no manual list manipulation required.
Try prompts like: "Show me people who live in Massachusetts but not those who live in Boston" or "Show me people who gave in the last 5 years but not in the last year."
This update is available now for all EveryAction customers with access to Que. Note that queries are currently limited to a single add step and a single exclude step.
📤Que Natural Language Segmentation: New Fields — Email and Saved Lists
Que's natural language segmentation now supports two new field categories, giving you more ways to find the right contacts without ever opening Create a List manually.
Email filters let you find segments based on email address attributes, whether an address is subscribed or unsubscribed, when it was added, and more. Try: "Show me people who have a subscribed email address who live in Boston."
My Saved Lists filters let you query against an existing Saved List and layer additional criteria on top. Try: "Find everyone on my Major Donor Saved List but only show those who live in Boston."
Your access to these fields in Que mirrors your existing Create a List permissions, if you can query a field in CAL, you can query it in Que. This update is available now for all EveryAction customers with Que.
